I think I'm dying

SO I have a woman come in not long ago because she is very concerned. her cheif complaint is "I think I'm dying" Of course I"m concerned and I ask why... SHE proceeds to tell me that she believes she has PROSTRATE CANCER! Trying hard not to laugh I tell her that it's not likely because only MEN have prostates. she is hard to convince that she doesn't have this as she KNOWS she has all the signs. Hard to urinate but she always has the urge. painful urination. SO I tell her to pee in a cup and I can make more decisions after that. of course her urine shows a MASSIVE Urinary tract infection. simple enough to treat. I give her antibiotics and tell her that this will treat her problem. she still is in disbelief. she calls back a few days later letting my nurses know that I cured her PROSTRATE CANCER with antibiotics. IF IT WERE ONLY THAT SIMPLE!!!!
